JAKARTA - As a form of commitment to support the transformation of Indonesian MSMEs, GoTo continues to present strategic partnership innovations, one of which is the Online Movement for Small and Medium Enterprises Mandiri Smart & Reliable (GoNusantara).

Through this program, GoTo builds MSMEs as a formal business, is certified, and is able to take advantage of the GoTo ecosystem to expand the market while increasing turnover.

Since its launch, GoNusantara has succeeded in transforming more than 4,000 MSME actors who are partners of the Ministry of MSMEs of the Republic of Indonesia and have not become part of the GoTo ecosystem.

Throughout 2024, 39 training classes have been carried out online and offline in 28 cities, making GoNusantara an inclusive MSME training program capable of reaching MSME players in various parts of Indonesia.

Ade Mulya, GoTo's Chief of Public Policy and Government Relations, emphasized that GoNusantara is a tangible form of GoTo's support for the digital transformation of Indonesian MSMEs.

"By utilizing the GoTo digital ecosystem service, MSME participants have been able to increase turnover and strengthen business competitiveness," said Ade.

In line with the transition of government, GoTo is committed to becoming a collaborative partner of the Ministry of MSMEs of the Republic of Indonesia. This program is expected to be a real contribution and accelerate the digital transformation of Indonesian MSMEs.

In addition to GoNusantara, GoTo also encourages increased culinary business capacity and community-based training networked through the GoFood Partner Community (KOMPAG). KOMPAG has entered its fifth year and has proven to have become a platform for upgrading business partners.

In addition to the network community and business training platforms, partners in the GoTo ecosystem are also strengthened by various technological innovations.

"GoTo has solidified its position as a catalyst for Indonesia's MSME digital transformation through synergies between technological innovation, community-based training, and real economic contributions," concluded Ade.
