JAKARTA Netflix launched a feature called Moments, a new tool to store video clips from movies or series that users are watching. When saved, video clips can also be shared on social media.

With this feature, users can save and revisit their favorite parts of the film or series. This is a very useful feature because not a few users want to share scenes in a film, but Netflix doesn't allow screen records.

"Whether you're replaying a tense ending fight in BEEF or a creepy event on Wednesday, Moments allow you to save and share everything," Neflix said via its official website.

To use this feature, users only need to open the film or series they want to watch. When you find an interesting part, tap the screen until various menus appear. After that, tap on Moments that are visible in the lower left corner of the screen.

Once tapped, the ongoing scene will be saved on my Netflix tab. If you want to share the clip on social media such as Instagram, Facebook, or X, users only need to open My Netflix and select the clip they want to share.

"The launch of Moments coincides with a new global brand Netflix campaign called 'It's So Good'," Netflix said. "Moments are expected to expand in the future, offering more ways for members to use and enjoy the feature."

Starting Monday, October 28, the Moments feature will begin rolling out globally to all iOS users. In the coming weeks, this feature will be extended to various Android devices.
