DANA Collaborates With ATMI To Withdraw Cash Without Cards

JAKARTA - DANA in collaboration with ATMI (PT Abadi Add Mulia Internasional), to carry out cash withdrawals without cards available at 9,000 ATMs, throughout Java, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara to East Nusa Tenggara.

Through this new collaboration, DANA's digital wallet increases its capabilities to reach users in various regions with increasingly diverse needs.

"In the synergy and collaboration era, now is the time for digital wallets and independent ATM networks such as ATMs to work together to open the widest possible financial access for the people of Indonesia," said Darrick Rochili, Chief Innovation Officer of DANA Indonesia.

Meanwhile, the President Director of ATMi, Rudy Hadi, said that this collaboration is in line with their mission to provide reliable and close financial access for the people of Indonesia.

"In order to realize this mission, we realize the need for cooperation with various industries, including DANA. The combination of DANA and ATMi technology, it is very possible that this cardless cash withdrawal can be enjoyed safely and easily," added Rudy.

ATMi is an Independent ATM network provider in Indonesia supported by PT ALTO Network by utilizing an extensive ALTO network, ATM ATMs can be found by DANA users in various regions.

In order to encourage the public to experience this cash withdrawal, DANA and ATMi provided free cash withdrawal fees for DANA balance until December 31, 2024. By eliminating cash withdrawal costs, users who often feel burdened to cover this additional fee can fully feel the new added value.

This approach is also expected to be able to target and increase the confidence of users in satellite and rural cities, where interest in digital wallets is increasing.

Collaboration with ATMI also complements the list of cash withdrawal partners available in the DANA application. By cooperating with more partners, DANA hopes to increase accessibility for all users without exception, including those who do not have a bank account to be more served.
