JAKARTA - Cyber hacking incidents that continue to soar on digital platforms, including the crypto sector that recently occurred, alert digital asset owners to take stronger protective measures.

In addition to digital fraud in the crypto sector, Niki also mentioned at least four other types of fraud that have also increased:

Responding to the increase in cyber incidents, Founder and CEO of VIDA Niki Luhur, revealed that traditional protective measures are no longer adequate to deal with the complexity of digital threats.

"Geometric authentication is a key solution to ensuring the security of digital transactions, especially to protect digital wallets from unauthorized access," Niki said in a statement quoted Monday, September 16.

Because according to him, AI's biometric technology and artificial intelligence will allow users to detect fraud in real-time, providing comprehensive protection against the user's digital identity.

Launching from the official VIDA website, Biometrics is a technology that can identify and verify individuals based on their physical characteristics or unique behavior.

biometric data can include fingerprints, facial recognition, eye slices, or sound.

Geometric technology exploits the uniqueness of these characteristics to recognize individuals with very high levels of accuracy.
