JAKARTA - Oppo is preparing to launch a number of new products, including the most anticipated smartphone series, the Oppo Find X8 Series, in a launch event scheduled for October. The Oppo Find X8 series includes three smartphones, namely the basic version of the Oppo Find X8, the Oppo Find X8 Pro, and the most expensive, Oppo Find X8 Ultra. However, the October event will only introduce Oppo Find X8 and X8 Pro, while the Ultra variant is scheduled for release next year.

Based on the leak, Oppo Find X8 will feature a 6.5-inch flat screen with a punch hole in the middle and 1.5k resolution. This screen will be supplied by BOE. This smartphone will also have Apple-inspired "dynamical island" features for a more interactive user experience.

Previously it was also revealed that the Oppo Find X8 series will have very strong imaging capabilities. The Oppo Find X8 will be equipped with three rear cameras with one telephoto periscope lens, while the Pro version will have four rear cameras with a periscope dual system.

All of these camera modules will use Sony's lens. In addition, both smartphones will have special buttons to capture photos, similar to the iPhone 16 Series, but with better functionality.

These two smartphones will be powered by the Dimensity 9000 Mediatek processor which is said to have brought significant improvements in terms of AI performance and capabilities. The Find X8 series will also have Oppo's Glacier battery, with the Pro variant equipped with a large 6000mAh battery, as well as support for 100W cable fast charging and 50W wireless.

Overall, the Oppo Find X8 Series is expected to be a very attractive smartphone with advanced technology and multifunctional design. The global launch of the Oppo Find X8 series is also planned next year, with releases on the European and Asian markets.
