JAKARTA Samsung has finally launched a software update for Galaxy phones. The company began releasing One UI 6.1.1 on September 5 with the latest Artificial Intelligence (AI) features.
Through this latest firmware, Samsung will expand its AI features which previously only existed in the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6. A number of phones that will get this update are the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5, as well as the Galaxy Tab S9 series.
"With the latest advanced features across communication, productivity and creativity, the updated OS will improve any mobile experience for users to bring better intelligence and comfort," Samsung said through its official website.
The company added a Listening Mode into the Interpreter feature, presented a media email and delivery tool under the name Composer, and added a Suggested Replies feature to reply to messages from the Galaxy Watch 7 or Galaxy Watch Ultra.

Samsung also added improvements to Circle to Search that could solve mathematical problems, Portrait Studio to make portraits into 3D or watercolor cartoons, and Instant Slow-Mo to slow down videos without reducing quality.
"The software update for the Samsung Galaxy S24 series will begin rolling out in Korea on September 5, followed by North America and Europe on September 9," Samsung said. "A software update for Galaxy devices and additional countries will be available in the coming weeks."
