Apple Releases IOS 18.1 Beta 3 For Developers

JAKARTA Apple has re-launched a testing version for iOS 18.1. After launching the second beta version some time ago, the company finally released iOS 18.1 beta 3 for developers. Reporting from 9to5mac, iOS 18.1 beta 3 launched with the build number 22B5034e. In accordance with Apple's set schedule, iOS 18.1 is still being launched specifically for developers who are listed in the beta testing phase. Once the features and applications that Apple launched are almost perfect, iOS 18.1 will only be released to the public beta testing phase. To date, however, there is no testing schedule for public beta as Apple is still focused on testing a major version of iOS 18. Apple Intelligence, an Artificial Intelligence-based innovation (AI) that Apple exhibits at the 2024 Worldwide Developers Conference event, will be released after iOS 18 launches. However, this new technology is only available in minor versions or iOS 18.1.

Keep in mind that Apple Intelligence isn't available across devices so the beta version for the operating system (OS) is only available on the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. Apple will not launch its AI technology in any other phone model. The reason is, Apple Intelligence is specially designed for the iPhone 16 series and later ones. Therefore, the information about the updates available in the beta 3 version is still limited. Apparently, not many updates Apple added. iOS 18.1 offers a variety of AI-based features, such as Writing Tools, Siri with ChatGPT integration, Mail with message summary features and Smart Reply, a Focus mode named Reduce Interruption, and much more.
