IQOO 13 Coming With Three 50MP Cameras And New Designs, Released November 2024

JAKARTA - Rumors about iQOO 13 are increasingly being heard, where the launch is expected in November 2024 in China. Wednesday 21 August, the famous leaker of Digital Chat Station via Weibo again revealed camera specifications and design details from iQOO 13.

According to the leak, iQOO 13 will be equipped with three 50-megapixel resolution cameras. However, unfortunately, these tips do not provide further information about the camera sensor to be used on this device.

In comparison, iQOO 12 previously featured a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support, a 64-megapixel telescope camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS support, as well as a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens with autofocus capabilities.

DCS also mentioned that the iQOO 13 camera module will be similar to the newly redesigned Xiaomi logo, which suggests that iQOO 13 is likely to retain the design of the squircle camera island as seen on iQOO 12.

The overall design of the device is expected to remain unchanged, with the addition of a new color option "Rococo White" for engineering prototypes. The main focus during the prototype testing phase is on optimizing and improving device performance capabilities.

On the front, iQOO 13 will feature an OLED screen from BOE with a flat design. The screen will offer 2K resolution and a refresh rate of 144Hz. The leak also claims that the screen parameters will be comparable to the BOE X1. In addition, this device will have thinner bezels on all four sides. It also reiterates that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset will be the runway of this device.

The latest leak also reveals that the back of iQOO 13 will be equipped with a light strip similar to the first generation iQOO flagship. Other features formulated include an ultrasonic on-screen fingerprint sensor, a 6,000mAh battery with 100W charging, a central framework made of metal, and a body with an IP68 rating.
