JAKARTA - A few months after the launch of Redmi Turbo 3, Xiaomi officially began the development of Redmi Turbo 4. This phone will have the same specifications as POCO F7, which will be the rebranded version of Redmi Turbo 4.

Redmi Turbo 4 is scheduled to launch in the second quarter of 2025, but its launch is still around 8-9 months away. A few days ago, POCO F7 was detected by XiaomiTime, and now Gizmochina is finding Redmi Turbo 4 in the IMEI database.

According to the IMEI database, Redmi Turbo 4 will have the model number "2412DRT0AC". The last letter from the model number, "C", shows that this smartphone is exclusive to the Chinese market. However, will Redmi Turbo 4 be present in the global market? Yes, this smartphone will be sold globally under the name POCO F7. The POCO F7 series will be officially announced in May 2025.

POCO F7 has two model numbers, namely "2412DPC0AG" and "2412DPC0AI". The last letter in the first model number, "G", indicates that the model will be sold in the global market, while the last letter in the second model number, "I", indicates that the model will be sold in the Indian market.

The launch of these two smartphones is still quite long. Redmi Turbo 4 is expected to launch in April 2025, while POCO F7 is scheduled to launch in May 2025. This is because POCO F6 and Redmi Turbo 3 were just launched a few months ago.

These two smartphones are expected to be equipped with the latest Qualcomm processors. Redmi Turbo 4 is likely to use Snapdragon 8S Gen 4, although further details regarding this processor are still unknown. The public is looking forward to seeing what these two smartphones will offer.
