JAKARTA LinkedIn, professional social media, launched the sharing of new features powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI). All of these newly added features can help users in looking for work. LinkedIn's Head of Products, Tomer Cohen, said that interest in AI has continued to increase over the past five years. This can be seen from the large number of users participating with AI courses or content, although their professional and industry are different. The need for courses to study AI is driven by demand for AI talent that has doubled over the past year. Therefore, LinkedIn launched a variety of new features designed to fine-tune users' needs. There are a wide range of features that LinkedIn launched, ranging from faster work-finding tools to application reviewers. All of these features began rolling out on Thursday, June 13 to all Premium subscribers in English. Users with premium packages can search for work quickly just by asking AI questions. Cohen gave an example, "Look at me remote marketing work in Detroit that pays at least $110,000." In addition, AI on LinkedIn can review user applications and make its applications more prominent for recruiters. Users can also get feedback from the apps they make that are personalized based on certain job posts.

The last feature LinkedIn launched was application letter assistance. Cohen explained that this feature can recommend personalized applications so that it "gives you a valuable time to focus on interview preparations." These three features can be accessed by users worldwide as long as they subscribe to premium packages. To use the feature, users can open the Work tab, then click the Ask Me Now button at the top of the screen to apply for any command.
