With this feature, customers no longer need to type phone numbers one by one. They can directly contact the company's services for free by simply clicking certain buttons or text on the company's website or application.

Free Phone With One Click

MiiTel Instant Call allows customers to contact the company for free, using only internet connections.

Easy To Set Call Rule And Filter Incoming

The company can adjust incoming call settings to Instant Calls, including setting Interactive Voice Response (IVR), voicemail, call queues, to play sound.

Embedding Phone Links Everywhere

The Instant Call feature works by embedding a special URL link provided by MiiTel to websites, apps, and social media, thus supporting to improve customer connectivity with business.

Custom Call Systems According To Business Needs

MiiTel Instant Call comes in two systems that can be adjusted to business needs: MiiTel Instant Call with Form and MiiTel Instant Call without Form.

With Form, companies can set up a list of question fields that customers need to fill in before making calls, such as names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and so on that are useful as a database for businesses.

Track Call History With Google Analytics

The company can set the measurement ID for Google Analytics, allowing tracking the number of visits, outgoing calls, to the total call from each Miitel Instant Call link with Google Analytics.
