Arbitrum Gets Azuki NFT To Develop Anime Network Around The World

JAKARTA Innovations that combine blockchain technology with the anime industry are starting to surface. ARB crypto asset developer Arbitrum Foundation has announced a strategic collaboration with the Azuki and the Weeb3 Foundation. This collaboration aims to launch AnimeChain, a web3 network designed to enrich the experience of anime enthusiasts around the world.

AnimeChain is expected to be a platform that brings together content of anime, game, merchandise, and NFT in an integrated ecosystem. By using advanced Arbitrum blockchain technology, AnimeChain has the ambition to redefine the way fans enjoy and interact with anime, both first and third party content.

Earlier this month, the Arbitrum Foundation revealed an investment plan of 200 million ARB, equivalent to $344 million (approximately IDR 5.4 trillion). The fund is aimed at supporting gaming projects on their blockchain over the next two years. In addition, in February, the Arbitrum Foundation also announced it would finance the production of the feature film produced by Shane Boris, the Oscar winner.
