JAKARTA - Developer and publisher Eric Barone announced on X that they will be rolling out a 1.6 update for his game, PC version Stardew Valley on March 19.
The Stardew Valley console and mobile versions still don't have a release date for the update, but the Barone has stated that they will get an update as soon as possible after the PC release.

"This is Stardew Valley's 8th anniversary. Thank you for all the support over the years. Today I announce the PC release date for the March 1.6, 19. Console & Cellular will follow as soon as possible," the developer wrote in his announcement quoted Tuesday, February 27.
Not only that, but Barone also announced that the game had sold more than 30 million copies. Developers claim to be working on other things, including concert tours around the world as well as official cooking books.
"With the new update on the horizon, concert tours around the world are underway, an official cooking book is coming soon, and now more than 30 million copies are sold, Stardew Valley is growing more than ever," Barone said.

The 1.6 update that is scheduled to be added will include a lot of new content in the game, especially around its end-game search. Players will be able to side with Joja around the clock with the game and get a new end-of-match search. Updates will also bring support for the title PC's 8-player multiplayer to the PC version.
