JAKARTA - Kaspersky's latest research reveals that one of the two cybersecurity professionals cannot ensure the benefits of academia that have been recorded in helping them carry out their professions.

Cybersecurity education faces certain challenges to keep up with the development of the cybersecurity industry, Evgeniya Russkikh commented, Head of Cybersecurity Education at Kaspersky.

According to Russkikh, this is due to the fast-growing nature of cyber threats, meaning that educational programs often have difficulty ensuring that their content is always up-to-date, causing a knowledge gap for cybersecurity professionals.
