Platform X Error, All Uploads in User Profile Account Lost

JAKARTA – Platform X, formerly Twitter, cannot be used by all its users on Thursday, December 21. Based on VOI's findings, this problem occurred at around 13.00 p.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB).

When the problem occurs, users cannot see activity from other accounts. When VOI checked Elon Musk's account, his profile only showed account information, but all uploads from the account were missing.

Just like Elon Musk's account, United States President Joe Biden's account with the username @POTUS does not display any posts. The account appears to be empty and has never been used before.

Another problem that users may encounter is an error in the content upload feature. For almost 15 minutes, users couldn't upload anything. This error only occurs briefly and returns to normal functioning.

Even though this content upload feature is working well, when you open your own profile, only the latest uploads are visible, while the rest are still missing like a new account.

VOI has checked the official platform X blog for further explanation regarding this issue, but the company has not uploaded anything. X's official social media accounts also cannot be viewed due to this issue.
