DeepL, an artificial intelligence (AI)-based translator service, officially launched a paid version of Pro or service in Indonesia. DeepL Pro can be accessed starting Tuesday, December 19.

This Pro service has been introduced since mid-November as a more complete version compared to the free version. At the time, DeepL said that DeepL Pro would provide many improvements that benefit users.

DeepL introduces five main features that DeepL Pro users can only feel, from strengthened data security to the integration of DeepL Application Programming Interface (API).

DeepL Pro guarantees the security of user data by removing text and files from their servers. By deleting translational data from servers, text and files uploaded by users will not be used by other parties.

In addition to data security, users also get access to unlimited text translation and a larger document upload capacity. These two capabilities certainly benefit users when they want to translate very long text.

Furthermore, DeepL also has customization capabilities that are specially presented for Pro services. The company said that it will maintain the standardization of internal and external messages with translation adjustment options.

The last feature that DeepL Pro users can feel is API integration. With this feature, companies that subscribe can translate content from websites, applications, tools, and company internal messages.

Some time ago, DeepL had told VOI that the Pro version in various available countries had the same value, only it was adjusted to the currency exchange rate and certain aspects.

Just like other countries, DeepL Pro comes with three forms of service and at different prices, namely Starter, Advanced, and Ultimate. Unfortunately, even though this price is a version for Indonesia, it looks like it is still using the US dollar or has not been converted.

The English, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, and French versions are automatically generated by the AI. So there may still be inaccuracies in translating, please always see Indonesian as our main language. (system supported by DigitalSiber.id)
