JAKARTA Ubisoft, a game development company, has reportedly stopped their advertisements for the X platform, Twitter previously. This decision has been confirmed to PCGamerdanAxios.

The game company said it had temporarily stopped advertising on its website X. With this decision, Ubisoft may be the first gamemaker to stop advertising on X.

Although this ad stop was said to be temporary, Ubisoft did not explain when they would stop suspending their advertisements. Ubisoft also did not explain the reasons behind the decision.

However, news of Ubisoft's ad discontinued is interesting information due to problems X is experiencing. Currently, a number of large companies have revoked and suspended their ads on X.

This happened after Media Matters uploaded research related to commercials for large companies in addition to pro-Nazi content. As a result, IBM, Apple Disney, Warner Bros., and Sony stopped their ads for an indefinite time.

In connection with this problem, Elon Musk as the owner of X immediately acted. Musk accused Media Matters of manipulating algorithms. The Tesla and Neuralink owners also attached evidence found by X Corp.

According to Musk, Media Matters wants to bring down the company by inciting advertisers. With the loss X has suffered, the company filed a lawsuit with Media Matters on Monday, November 20.
