JAKARTA - In a Google I/O event held last May, Google delivered our first step in the new era of Google Search by introducing Search Labs, a new way to access experiments on Google Search with a generating AI capability.

Now, Google Indonesia has announced that Search Labs and Search Creative Experience (SGE), will be present in Indonesia and will be available in Indonesian, becoming one of the 6 other languages available worldwide.

"Our latest experiment will help users understand various topics, gain new perspectives and insights, access the information they need, and complete various activities more easily," Google wrote in its announcement, quoted Friday, November 10.

With a generating AI, Google Search will make it easier for all the complexity of the process for you. Later, you will see a summary made by AI containing important information to study, and relevant links to dig deeper into information.

For example, when you enter the keyword learning ukulele vs guitar. With this new experience, you will see a summary made by AI containing the information included with relevant links to dig deeper into information.

Under that summary, you will see suggestions for further steps, and you can also ask further questions such as How long is it to learn ukulele?.

If you tap on that question, you will be directed to a conversation mode to ask Google directly about the topics you are exploring.

To register, tap on the Labs icon on Google app (Android and iOS) or the latest version of Chrome browser to start, and visit labs.google.com/search to learn more.

The English, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, and French versions are automatically generated by the AI. So there may still be inaccuracies in translating, please always see Indonesian as our main language. (system supported by DigitalSiber.id)
