JAKARTA - Twilio, a customer interaction platform that provides real-time and personalized experiences for leading brands, announced cooperation with OpenAI.

Through this collaborative collaboration, Twilio customers can take advantage of the Twilio Engage service, a multi-channel marketing solution built on Customer Data Platform Segment, whose capabilities have been improved with the GPT-4 model from OpenAI.

This technology is also part of Twillo CustomerAI, a technology that combines predictive and AI-generative power with a massive customer data volume in Twilio's Customer Engagement Platform.

Integration with OpenAI is also claimed to provide more and more attractive opportunities for more than 10 million developers in the Twilio community who have conducted a lot of experiments on this matter.

For example, this integration allows developers to build ChatGPT for Twilio Flex, which gives users the ability to access Flex directly from the ChatGPT interface, creating new channels for brands to serve their customers better.
