JAKARTA - The world's largest crypto exchange, Binance, has just launched a unique new art platform called Bicasso. The platform combines artificial intelligence (AI) and non-fungible token (NFT) technologies, which makes it extremely attractive to artists and NFT collectors around the world.

The announcement was made by the CEO of Binance, Changpeng Zhao or CZ, on March 1 through his Twitter account. Bicasso allows users to enter descriptive requests that will be utilized by AI to create works of art.

Apart from that, users can also upload photos that they want to combine with AI-made artwork. In his tweet, CZ added that the beta version of Bicasso is available and is only limited to 10 thousand printing or minting digital collections.

“This is a fun new Binance AI product called Bicasso,” CZ tweeted on Wednesday. "You can turn your creative vision into an NFT with AI. Give it a try and show what you make with it. The beta version is available now, limited to 10K mint," added the CEO of Binance.

Just like other art platforms that use AI, Bicasso is also attracting the attention of artists and NFT collectors around the world. Some users share their creations of art with CZ, while others get error messages because the system is busy. However, since the announcement of its launch, the trial of the Bicasso product has been closed and interested users must join the waiting list.

Bicasso is the latest Binance AI product to hit the scene in 2023. AI technology company Openai Chatgpt, also known as GPT-3, made headlines this year. Meanwhile, several art programs that use AI such as Nightcafe, DALL-E, Starry AI, Jasper, and Deep AI are also increasingly popular with artists around the world.

However, the launch of Bicasso still raises several questions from users. Some of them asked more about the AI algorithm used by Bicasso.

However, Binance's move to present a new art platform that combines AI and NFT is considered a breakthrough and further adds to the appeal of crypto users who want to create unique and valuable works of art.
