JAKARTA - The European Union's antitrust regulator has set a deadline of March 28 to decide on the acquisition of the Croatian math app Photomath by Alphabet unit Google. This is known from the submission of the European Commission on Wednesday, 22 February.

"We can confirm that we agreed to purchase Photomath in May 2022, which is subject to regulatory review," a Google spokesperson said.
