'The Quarry' Game Update Will Add More Challenging QTE

JAKARTA - Publisher 2K shared several updates to its interactive horror adventure game, The Quarry, on Wednesday, August 10th.

Since its launch last June, The Quarry has received positive feedback from players. Since then, the game's developer, Supermassive Games has added several updates such as an online multiplayer mode.

It didn't stop there, developers and publishers added updates and some improvements to the game, which are expected to add to the excitement of the players.

Publisher 2K confirmed the update via its Twitter. 2K says that now players will be able to select a different subtitle language with the original English voice over (VO).

In addition, The Quarry will also allow players to choose an option of faster and more difficult QTEs to add to the tension of the player.

In addition, QTE stands for Quick Time Events (QTE) for players to do. This QTE system allows you to press a button.

For example, when the character is running from the werewolves and suddenly there is a door in front of him. You have to press the specified button at the right time for the character to open the door.

QTE being one of the keys which of course is a big part of the experience in this game. With the new option, it will really test your reflexes.

Currently, The Quarry is available to play on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
