Google Meet Makes It Easier To Broadcast Live Events On YouTube

JAKARTA - Google has just announced the development of the latest feature of its video conferencing service Google Meets, which makes it easy for live broadcasts to be connected to the YouTube application.

This way the event can be more easily accessible for many people and save time for the participants to enter the virtual meeting room.

Reporting from Antara, Saturday, July 23, account managers for Google Workplace can take advantage of this feature for business accounts they manage.

Managers can include multiple constraints to ensure events go as planned without being changed by users outside of the manager

This feature is available for most paid Workplace accounts such as "plans" for businesses, workplace for Education Plus, individual Workplace customers, and members of the Google One Premium plan in select countries.

However, people who use most of the starter, basic, or essential plans do not have access to this feature.

If you want to live stream a Google Meet session on YouTube, then you must first submit a request for the relevant YouTube channel to be approved.

The approval process can take up to 24 hours.

Users who need to change the streaming duration and duration can do so in the privacy settings.

Google Meet underwent many changes this year including merging with Google Duo into a single service for voice calls and video calls.
