Fortnite Brings Bruno Mars And Anderson .Paak Characters In Game

JAKARTA - Fortnite has again added to its lineup of battle royale celebrities, there are also two music stars Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak who are new characters in the game application.

The characters from the stellar duo will appear together under the moniker Silk Sonic, and will be available in the Fortnite item store starting February 10. However, it is claimed that players will get the character early through the game's tournament on February 7.

Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak will get in-game skins as part of the Icon series, as well as some other cosmetics.

Mars will get a Sound Scepter Pickaxe, which doubles up as back bling when he's not using it, and a Freedom Wheels Emote.

Meanwhile, .Paak will get Boom Bap Pickaxe and Sonic Snare Back Bling. Both skins will also come with alternative styles to their in-game skins as well.

Players can purchase these cosmetics separately, either for the Mars skin or .Paak, or both will be available as a bundle in the Silk Sonic Set.

Launching The Verge, Friday, February 4, this game by Epic Games is known as a battle royal game that often combines the world of pop culture from Marvel, Star Wars, and elsewhere, where real-world celebrities are the most popular characters.

This includes athletes like LeBron James and Neymar, streamers like Bugha and Ninja, and other musicians like Marshmello and Ariana Grande.

It's also not the first time that Silk Sonic members have been featured in the game. Mars has its own Fortnite emote, while .Paak is part of a series of virtual concerts in 2020.

Beyond the new combatants and associated gear, Fortnite is also getting a new in-game radio station called Icon Radio, which will of course feature songs from the music duo.

As the game begins its new chapter, there are new additions such as dinosaurs and classic locations, as well as a character played by Dwayne Johnson, unlocked for those who buy tickets to this season's battles.
