JAKARTA - The Indonesian national team will start the struggle in the Third Round of the 2026 World Cup Qualification in early September 2024. Ahead of the agenda, a number of players called Shin Tae-yong have started gathering in Jakarta since Thursday, August 29, 2024.

In the short video upload, Garuda Squad players such as Nadeo Argawinata, Ernando Ari Sutaryadi, Witan Sulaeman, Ramadhan Sananta, Muhammad Ferari, Dimas Drajad, Ricky Kambuaya, and Egy Maulana Vikri arrived at the team hotel.

Not only the players, Shin Tae-yong as the head coach is also already at the same location. The South Korean coach was greeted by assistant coaches and team officials upon arrival at the hotel.

"Please pray and hopefully the Indonesian national team can be successful," said assistant Shin Tae-yong in the Indonesian national team, Nova Arianto, in the same video.

In preparation for the Third Round of 2026 World Cup Qualification, Shin Tae-yong called 26 players for the match against Saudi Arabia and Australia.
