JAKARTA - Two players from the U-23 Indonesian national team who played in the Netherlands, Rafael Struick and Ivar Jenner, have joined the training camp (TC) in Dubai. This agenda is a preparation for appearing at the 2024 U-23 Asian Cup in Qatar.

Rafael and Ivar are two of the six abroad players who followed TC in Dubai. The TC of the U-23 Indonesian national team has started since Monday, April 1, 2024.

They were seen with Rizky Ridho and his friends in Dubai on Thursday, April 4, 2024, in the upload of the official Indonesian national team account.

In the short video, Rafael and Ivar are also seen wearing a yellow-and-white training uniform and black shorts.

Under the direction of the coach, the Indonesian U-23 national team players are seen to have undergone core training or training to strengthen the muscles of the body's stomach, back, pelvis, and around the spine. The goal is to improve the stability and strength of the body's core muscles.
