Boxing Fans Pity Francis Ngannou Because Anthony Joshua Is More Ready

JAKARTA - Boxing fans feel sorry for Francis Ngannou who will face Anthony Joshua on March 8, 2024 in Saudi Arabia.

The pity came after boxing fans saw Joshua's preparation which was fairly mature.

Joshua's body shape also changed rapidly after undergoing intense training with the new coach, Ben Davison, in Harlow, England.

Joshua uploaded photos of himself practicing in all black clothes. This makes boxing fans worry about Ngannou's fate.

"I really feel sorry for Francis because you (Joshua) are ready," wrote one fan on Joshua's Instagram.

"I feel sorry for Francis because he will feel the heat," said another fan.

"The eyes explain everything," said another boxing lover summarized by The Sun.

Anthony Joshua is seriously preparing for Ngannou who will undergo his second professional boxing fight.

Previously, the boxer from Great Britain stopped Otto Walin in five rounds in December 2023. Meanwhile, Ngannou made his boxing debut in the world against Tyson Fury last year.

He had brought down Fury, but in the end had to lose through a controversial separate decision.

Meanwhile, when the two met at the DANZ event, Ngannou boasted that he would beat Joshua because he had knocked down Fury.

"I think if I fight Tyson Fury, a lot of similarities will happen in the fight (against Joshua). So, I'm not surprised at all in terms of his style, who is Fury, it's just a boxing match."

"It was very good for both of them, they displayed an entertaining fight. However, it was the past. That's how boxing is and we are moving forward now," said Ngannou.
