JAKARTA - Hokky Caraka had the opportunity to start over Ramadan Sananta in the match of the Indonesian vs Brunei Darussalam national team. The squad scheme in the first leg of the 2026 World Cup Qualification was the choice of coach Shin Tae-yong.

"Santa has to work hard and try so that her physicality can play for 90 minutes so I think about many things, one of which is the rotation per game," explained the 54-year-old coach.

In his debut with the national team, Hokky Caraka's appearance was also fairly good and received appreciation from the coach. He had the opportunity to appear during 58 even though he had not registered his name on the scoreboard.

On the other hand, Sananta, who started the struggle through the reserve seat, managed to score two goals. First in the 63rd minute with a penalty and extra in the 67th minute.

Seeing the performance shown by Sananta, Shin Tae-yong then wanted Indonesian national team strikers to continue working hard. Even though in this match the strikers were able to score five of the six goals scored in this match.

"As you can see, the attacker is able to score five goals in this match, yes. I can see the attackers can finish well in this match, and this (rotation process) is what I want to show," he said.
