JAKARTA - The International Football Federation (FIFA) has begun to inspect the stadium which will be the U-17 World Cup venue in Indonesia. FIFA representatives visited stadiums in four cities.
The Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) is the first to be inspected by FIFA. The review was carried out on Saturday from 08.30 to 11.30 WIB.
On the same day, FIFA will then depart for the ABC Field at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium complex, Madya Stadium, Hockey Field, Gelora Bung Karno Stadium complex, and Soemantri Brodjonegoro Stadium, Jakarta.
The next day FIFA is scheduled to leave for Bandung, West Java, to inspect ITB Field, Sidolig Field, Batununggal Field, IPDN Field, Unpad Field, Arcamanik Stadium, and Si Jalak Harupat Stadium.
Then on Monday, FIFA headed to Surabaya, East Java, to conduct inspections at the G10N Field, Thor Field, and Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium, as reported by Antara, Saturday, July 29.
Finally, on Tuesday, FIFA departed for Surakarta, Central Java, to inspect Blulukan Field, Banyuanyar Field, UNS Field, Kampung Sewu Field, Sriwedari Field, Sriwaru Field, West City Field, and Manahan Solo Stadium.
On Wednesday, the FIFA group will return to Jakarta to conduct discussions with PSSI regarding the results of inspections that have been carried out in several stadiums and fields.
