League 1 2022/2023 Transfer News: PSS Sleman Brings Todd Rivaldo Ferre, Samsul Arif Joins President Jokowi Kaesang Pangarep's Children's Club Persis Solo

JAKARTA - Persis Solo announced their first new player in the 2022/2023 Liga 1 transfer market. President Jokowi Kaesang Pangarep's children's club brought in a senior player, Samsul Arif Munif.

This one player was previously often associated with Arema FC after deciding to part with Persebaya Surabaya. However, he finally decided to go to Persis Solo to continue his football career.

"There is the proximity factor between Bojonegoro and Solo, I'm sure the family will also be comfortable living in Solo because it's not that far from home. Then there is also the figure of Coach Jackson F Tiago who contacted me directly, several times he has also worked with him previously in the national team and also at the club level," said Samsul Arif regarding his reasons for joining Persis Solo.

Another promotion club, Dewa United, also did not want to lose. They also brought in new players to strengthen their front line.

The figure is a former Arema FC player, Feby Eka Putra. His presence is expected to sharpen the wings of the team that will be nurtured by Nilmaizar.

Meanwhile, PSS Sleman re-introduced their new ammunition to navigate Liga 1 2022/2023. He is a young player from Papua, Todd Rivaldo Ferre.

The former Indonesian U-19 national team player was imported from Persipura Jayapura. As is known, Todd's club was relegated to League 2 next season.

"The club whose supporters are very fanatical is PSS. I really want to feel how the atmosphere is playing with the support of a very fanatical audience," said Todd Rivaldo in a video uploaded on PSS Sleman's social media account.

Clubs that also have new players are Barito Putera and Persita Tangerang. Barito officially recruited Dendi Agustan, while Persita inaugurated the transfer of Okto Oskar Karisago.
