FK Senica Uploads Victory Photo In Trial Match, Where Is Egy Maulana?

JAKARTA - FK Senica shared a happy moment on their Instagram page after winning the trial match against Spartak Trnava. However, the upload was actually flooded with questions about the whereabouts of Egy Maulana Vikri.

In the match that took place at the NTC Senec Stadium, Monday, January 10 local time, FK Senica won 3-1 over their opponent. In the first match of the tournament, Senica won through penalties from Ioannis Niarchos (23'), Simon Sumbera (37'), and Mario Mihal (82'), while Stanislav Olejnik's only goal was scored by Trnava (74').

"In our first match of the calendar year you beat Spartak Trnava 3:2", FK Senica wrote in the caption.

After being shared, the upload immediately received a lot of responses. The comment column was actually flooded with reactions from Indonesian netizens.

They questioned the existence of Indonesian national team star Egy Maulana, who was not seen during the match.

"Where's Egy? Why isn't it there?", asked netizens.

"Where's Egy?", other comments.

"How come there is no Egy", said another netizen.

If you look at the comments left by netizens, they seem to have pressured FK Senica to emphasize Egy's status, which is considered to be hanging.

Not only asking about Egy's whereabouts at FK Senica but some netizens threaten to no longer follow Senica's Instagram because of Egy's unclear status.

"Unfollow because there is no Egy", said a netizen.

"As long as the ego's status is not clear, I unfollow it", said another.

Previously, it was known that Egy Maulana Vikri's future at FK Senica was still unclear. He has not yet received clarity about his contract, which ended in December 2021.
