JAKARTA - The automotive giant from China, BYD, officially celebrated the completion of its factory construction in Thailand, marking a milestone in its expansion into overseas markets.

Previously, in September 2022, BYD signed a land purchase agreement with Thai industry property developer WHA Industrial Development PLC, a subsidiary of the WHA Group, to build an electric vehicle factory. The factory's groundbreaking ceremony was held on March 10, 2023.
