Two Weeks Towards GIIAS 2024 And Important Facilities Visitors Need To Know

JAKARTA - The grand GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2024 is ready to be held in the next two weeks. This event will take place at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD City.

For those planning to visit GIIAS 2024, the organizers have prepared various facilities to pamper visitors during the exhibition. Sri Vista Limbong, Project Director of GIIAS 2024, ensures the comfort and security of visitors, including the availability of parking areas.

"We as GIIAS 2024 implementers welcome visitors comfortably and safely, including providing parking areas," Limbong said in his official statement, Wednesday, July 3.

GIIAS 2024 provides six parking bags around the venue, ensuring the convenience and comfort of visitors during the exhibition which will take place from 18 to 28 July 2024. The parking area is available at the 10 ICE BSD Basement and Outdoor Hall, as well as six additional parking bags around ICE BSD City.

Dozens of free shuttle bus fleets are also provided to pick up visitors from AEON Mall BSD, Bintaro Xchange, The Breeze, Edutown 2, Rawa Buntu Station, and Intermoda Market. This shuttle bus operates from 10.00 WIB to 21.00 WIB.

Visitors can also use a commuter line fleet and descend at Rawa Buntu Station, then continue their journey by shuttle bus operating every 15 minutes.

In addition to the outdoor parking area and the basement venue, visitors who use private vehicles can take advantage of parking bags and shuttle buses in the area around ICE BSD City, namely:

Edutown 2: operates every 15 minutes on weekends and weekends.

AEON Mall BSD City and The Breeze: operate every 30 minutes on weekdays and 15 minutes on weekends.

Intermoda Market: operates every 60 minutes on weekends and weekends.

Visitors can also use a shuttle bus at BXC Mall which operates every 60 minutes every day. This year, visitors who want to come to GIIAS without a vehicle can take advantage of the GRABGIIAS promo with a 50% discount for GrabCar and GrabBike users (requirements and applicable conditions).

GIIAS 2024 will be the GAIKINDO exhibition with the most complete membership from previous years, followed by 55 vehicle brands.

A total of 31 passenger vehicle brands will participate, including Audi, Baic, BMW, BYD, Chery, Citroen, Daihatsu, GAC Aion, GWM, Honda, Hyundai, Jetour, KIA, Lexus, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, MG, MINI, Mitsubishi Motors, Neta, Nissan, Porsche, Seres, Subaru, Suzuki, Toyota, VinFast, Volkswagen, Volvo, and Wuling. The five commercial vehicle brands that are also present are DFSK, Hino, Isuzu, Mitsubishi Fuso, and UD Trucks. As well as 20 two-wheeled vehicles such as Alva, Aprilia, Astra Honda Motor, Gelis, Harley-Davidson, Ion Mobility, Kutaljet, Kuppzzi, Pacific, Piaggio, Polytron, Royal Alloy, Scomadi, Vesta, Volta, and ZPT.
