BYD Plans To Inaugurate 8 Dealers This Month, Here's The Location

JAKARTA - BYD Indonesia is increasingly looking at the domestic automotive market, with plans to inaugurate eight dealers simultaneously on February 8, 2024 in several major cities in the country.

This was revealed by the Head of Marketing Communication of PT BYD Motor Indonesia Luther Panjaitan, he simultaneously inaugurated it to prove readiness in Indonesia.

"We prove the readiness of network services, not only ready in terms of modeling but services to the public and distribution networks," he said, when met at Sentul Circuit, Bogor Regency, Monday, February 5.

The dealer network to be inaugurated will include eight new dealers from BYD BSD City, BYD Arista Sunter, BYD Arista Tebet, BYD Arista Kalimalang, BYD Arista Depok, BYD Amir Hamzah Medan, BYD Soekarno-Hatta Bandung, and BYD Semarang.

"We are still targeting big cities because we see from the infrastructure too," he explained.

If you look at the previous data, BYD plans to build 50 networks of dealers in Indonesia, but it has not been disclosed in more detail in any area.

He further said that later the BYD Indonesia dealer network would show off three models that had already been launched in the country such as BYD Dolphin, Atto 3 and Seal.

"Actually, it is currently operational and there is a display. All of these networks have also 3 S," he added.
