This Is The Wuling Air EV Activity At The 43rd ASEAN Summit

JAKARTA - Wuling, an automotive brand from China, is again believed to be a mobility solution in the framework of the 43rd ASEAN 2023 Summit which took place in Jakarta.

During the event which took place from 5 to 7 September 2023, Wuling Air EV was ready to address mobility needs by delivering delegates at the international event.

Reporting from the official website of Wuling Indonesia, Tuesday, September 5, Wuling has prepared 150 units of Wuling Air EV type Long Range which are tasked with meeting mobility needs during this event.

Just like the 42nd ASEAN Summit which took place in Labuan Bajo, the Wuling Air EV for the 43rd ASEAN Summit in Jakarta came with a special design. Unlike the previous event, the Wuling Air EV for the 43rd ASEAN Summit came with a typical Betawi batik livery featuring the ASEAN 2023 Summit logo with the words "Made in Indonesia."

This tiny car is decorated with a red-and-white flag on the front and also features the words "Shaping Clean Tomorrow" on both doors, reflecting the manufacturer's enthusiasm for the future by environmentally friendly vehicles.

A total of 22 participating countries at the 43rd ASEAN Summit have used Wuling Air EV as their means of transportation. This electric vehicle produced in Indonesia offers an environmentally friendly driving experience and convenience when crossing various traffic conditions in Jakarta.

Even though it is small in size, Wuling Air EV provides a cabin that is quite relieved so that the delegates can safely enjoy the trip to the location of the 43rd ASEAN Summit.

The wide four-seater configuration also supports delegates traveling comfortably using the Wuling Air EV.

Long Range type Wuling Air EV is very suitable for use as a means of mobility for delegates because it can cover a distance of up to 300 km with a fully charged battery. This vehicle is equipped with various advanced features such as ABS, Hill Hold Control, Electronic Stability Control (ECS), and various other features.

Wuling Motors has also provided charging facilities through Wuling Senayan Pool to support this electric vehicle. In addition, Purna Selling services from Wuling are always on standby by monitoring the conditions of all units on duty during the ASEAN 2023 Summit.
