According to a report from Yonhap on Monday, July 3, Kia's total sales reached 278,256 units in June. This number has increased significantly compared to last year's figure of 259,480 units.

The increase in sales was mainly driven by high demand for SUV vehicles. SUV models such as Sportage, Sorento, and Seltos dominate sales. Van Carnival also contributed greatly to Kia's sales.

With this good sales performance, Kia hopes to achieve its sales target this year of 3.2 million units, including 2.6 million units for overseas markets.
