Confessions Of Two Police Officers, Only Once Selling Ammunition To KKB

JAKARTA - The Nemangkawi Task Force said that it was the first time two police officers sold ammunition to the Papuan Armed Criminal Group (KKB). This is based on the results of an interim examination.

"This is the first time (selling ammunition)," said the Head of Law Enforcement Task Force Nemangkawi Grand Commissioner Faisal when confirmed, Monday, November 1.

The amount of ammunition sold is 80 rounds. However, the type of ammunition sold by the two Bhayangkara Corps is not yet known.

"I don't know (the type of ammunition) yet," said Faisal.

Faisal also made a similar statement when he was asked about the leadership of the KKB who bought ammunition from the two police officers. He only stated that he was still investigating the matter.

"It is still being investigated because the buyer has not yet been arrested," Faisal said. The Nemangkawi Task Force arrested two police officers in the Papua region. The arrests were made because they were suspected of selling ammunition to KKB.

The two police officers are members of the Nabire Police and the Yapen Police. They were arrested on Wednesday, October 27.

"Ardi from (Polres) Yapen. Joni (Polres) Nabire," said Faisal.
