KPK Searches PUPR Office In Tabanan Bali

TABANAN - The KPK investigation team searched the office of the Public Works, Spatial Planning, Housing and Settlement Area (PUPRPKP) office in Tabanan, Bali.

Head of the Tabanan Regency PUPRPKP I Made Yudiana confirmed the search. The arrival of KPK investigators to confiscate a number of documents related to the 2018 Regional Incentive Fund (DID).

"Searched and confiscated documents suspected of having something to do with the subject matter. That's all in a nutshell, the 2018 DID Fund," Yudiana told reporters, Wednesday, October 27.

Yudiana said the KPK search was suspected to be related to the follow-up to the handling of the KPK case.

"Perhaps there is a follow-up related to financial OTT at the center at the ministry or director general. So it is suspected that there are state officials from Tabanan in the sense of being involved, so that the gentlemen carried out their duties to search and confiscate documents," added Yudiana.

According to him, there were 90 items of documents brought by KPK investigators related to work contracts related to the use of DID.

"He (the KPK investigator) checked the documents, which ones were related (DID), sorted out no questions and first explained to us the purpose, then the assignment papers and we invited us to carry out their duties," said Yudiana.
