Formula E Plenary Held, 7 Fractions Officially Report Chairman Of DKI DPRD To The Honorary Board

JAKARTA - Seven factions and four deputy chairmen of the DKI DPRD (Regional House of Representatives) officially reported the Chairman of the DKI DPRD, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi, to the Honorary Board (BK) of the DKI DPRD. These factions include the Gerindra Party, PKS, Democrats, Nasdem, Golkar, PAN, and PPP-PKB.

"As a form of our responsibility to keep this honorable institution running well. So, we have an obligation to remind anyone who violates the provisions and rules of the game in the DPR", said Chairman of the Golkar Faction Basri Baco at the DKI DPRD Building, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, September 28.

Baco said that his party reported Prasetyo to the BK because it was suspected that he had not heeded the rules and regulations of the DPRD by holding a plenary meeting for the Interpellation of Formula E.

"We suspect that there is an administrative violation of correspondence related to the invitation to the Deliberative Body and the implementation of the plenary session that was held earlier", he said.

Chairman of DKI DPRD Honorary Board, Achmad Nawawi, received reports from seven factions. Before summoning Prasetyo, Nawawi said that his party would first examine the report.

"The honorary body is entrusted to maintain the honor and dignity of our members of the council. God willing, we will follow up on the reports of our friends. But we'll just have to wait because we BK are all members of the faction, there are all the faction delegates", explained Nawawi.

For information, seven factions reported Prasetyo to the Honorary Board because they thought that holding the interpellation plenary meeting violated administrative rules. The plenary schedule of the interpellation was decided in the meeting of the Jakarta DPRD Deliberative Body (Bamus) yesterday.

However, there was no inclusion of the Formula E interpellation in the discussion list of the previous Bamus invitations. Therefore, the seven factions declared the plenary session illegal.

In response to this, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi invited the members of the council to report himself to the DPRD Honorary Board for his decision to hold a plenary meeting of Interpellation Formula E.

"If you want to report to Honorary Board, please, I will come", said Prasetyo.

If Prasetyo is called by the Honorary Board later, he admits that he will explain in detail the implementation of the Bamus meeting yesterday. "I, as a citizen, as the leader of the DPRD, I will explain and the recordings are all there, there are no manipulations or say they are illegal. Where is it illegal? This person is the Bamus forum", said Prasetyo.
