MEDAN - To meet the target of winning the 2024 Pilleg, the North Sumatran PDI-P continues to make preparations. The North Sumatra PDIP has carried out various ways to ensure the election victory.

The PDIP DPD promised to award one Toyota Fortuner car to the PDIP branch manager in North Sumatra who was able to win a legislative election with seats exceeding 35 percent of the number of seats allocated in each district/city.

This was conveyed by the Chairman of the North Sumatra PDIP DPD Rapidin Simbolon when giving directions in the third wave of the North Sumatra PDIP Coordination Meeting at the North Sumatra PDI Perjuangan DPD office, Jalan Jamin Ginting Medan.

"My promise and commitment is that the DPC, which gets 35 percent of the seats available in the 2024 election, will give me a Fortuner car," said Rapidin, Tuesday, September 14.

Rapidin stated that the Fortuner prize was intended to encourage all PDIP DPC throughout North Sumatra to become a motivation to win in the 2024 General Election.

"The car prize is for party operations, so it's not private property, I emphasize that the car will later become the party's property," said Rapidin.

The promise of this prize was greeted with optimism by the DPC leaders who were present at the PDIP coordination meeting. DPC Padangsidempuan chairman Tati Hariani Tambunan believes the car will belong to his branch.

"Padangsidempuan is optimistic that he will bring home a Fortuner car prize from the chairman of the party's DPD, because we are confident that we will achieve the target set, because our target in the 2024 General Election is to win the Pilleg and Pilkada," said Tati Hariani.
