Recording In Detention, Harvey Moeis Is Conscious Of Sandra Dewi Anugrah, God's Largest

JAKARTA - The defendant Harvey Moeis revealed that his wife Sandra Dewi is the greatest gift from God. He only realized this after languishing in a detention center.

This statement was made by Harvey Moeis while reading the memorandum of defense or plea at the trial of the alleged tin corruption case, Wednesday, December 18.

Initially, Harvey admitted that he had been asked by his cell mate about what was obtained during the corruption legal process.

"After I thought about it, I only thought about one, Your Majesty, not the process of investigation, investigation, or trial. I just thought about how great it was and the importance of the role of a wife, Your Majesty. Especially my wife, Sandra Dewi, Your Majesty," said Harvey.

According to him, his wife was the party who was the most harmed. Because, it is used as an image object in the alleged tin corruption case.

However, Sandra Dewi is said to have never been indecisive or tired. Instead, the wife is always loyal and gives her strength.

"As the party most used for imaging at the same time, the most disadvantaged in this case," he said.

"I became aware that the biggest gift in my life, that is my wife, Your Majesty," continued Harvey.

In fact, Harvey said Sandra Dewi had kept her promise to become a good wife in any circumstances and condition.

"The oath that we said seven years ago was to take care of each other in difficult times and happy, abundances and shortcomings. In healthy and sick times, until death separates us, is carried out and fulfilled by Sandra without any complaints," said Harvey.

In the case of alleged corruption in the management of tin commodity trading in the mining permit (IUP) area of PT Timah Tbk. in 2015 '2022, Harvey was required to be sentenced to 12 years in prison and a fine of Rp. 1 billion, provided that if the fine was not paid, it would be replaced with imprisonment for one year.

In addition, Harvey is also required to be subject to additional penalties in the form of payment of replacement money amounting to Rp210 billion, subsidiary to imprisonment for six years.

In this case, Harvey was charged with receiving Rp420 billion in cash with PT Quantum Skyline Exchange (QSE) Manager Helena Lim, while Suparta was charged with receiving a flow of funds of Rp4.57 trillion.
