JAKARTA - The Investigation Team of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) of the Attorney General's Office confiscated two luxury cars belonging to Teddy Tjockrosaputro, a suspect in the alleged corruption case of PT Asabri (Persero).
The Director of Investigation (Dirdik) of the Attorney General's Office, Supardi, said that investigators had confiscated the houses of Teddy Tjockrosaputro and Benny Tjockrosaputro, as well as PT Rimo International Lestari Tbk.
"Two cars were confiscated from the homes of Teddy Tjokcrosaputro and Benny Tjokcrosaputro, on behalf of PT Rimo International Lestari Tbk," Supardi said as quoted by Antara, Monday, September 13.
In addition to the two luxury cars, investigators also confiscated dozens of documents related to the alleged corruption case of PT Asabri.
The confiscation was also carried out to recover state losses in the alleged corruption case of PT Asabri (Persero) which amounted to Rp22.78 trillion.
The two luxury cars belonging to Teddy Tjokcrosaputro were brought by investigators to the Roundabout building, Attorney General's Office, South Jakarta.
Jampidsus investigators at the Attorney General's Office named Teddy Tjokcrosaputro as a suspect in the alleged corruption case on Thursday, August 26.
