MS's Attorney, Victim Of Harassment At KPI, Admits He Has Strong Evidence Of The Reported Crime

JAKARTA – The feud over cases of alleged sexual harassment and bullying experienced by MS at the Central Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) some time ago became more and more exciting. According to MS's lawyer, Rony Hutahaen, his party has evidence of the incident on the report of his client (MS) at the Central Jakarta Metro Police.

Rony Hutahaen said that the statement by the alleged perpetrator's attorney stating that MS's report to the Central Jakarta Police was not supported by evidence was not true.

"Let him (the reported party) argue what kind of argument. But for sure we have evidence and have confidence that this will be processed legally", said Rony to reporters, Wednesday, September 8.

Rony said that all the evidence had been handed over to National Human Rights Commission. This makes it easier for National Human Rights Commission to examine cases that have drawn public attention.

Unfortunately, Rony did not reveal in detail the evidence he was carrying. He said all the evidence submitted to National Human Rights Commission would later be handed over to the police.

"We will hand it over to the police later, but now we will hand it over to National Human Rights Commission", he said.
