Police Confiscate 28 Kg Of Marijuana At Bakauheni Port

LAMPUNG - The Bakauheni Port area Police (KSKP) South Lampung confiscated 28 kilograms of dried marijuana packaged into 28 brown marijuana packages in the Seafort Interdiction area of Bakauheni Port.

"The evidence belongs to suspect F (40), a resident of Bineh Blang Hamlet, Kampung Raya Village, Seulemeum District, Aceh Besar District, Aceh Province", said South Lampung Deputy Chief of Police, Commissioner Firman Sontama, at the exposure of the case at the Bakauheni Kepolisian Sektor Kawasan Pelabuhan (KSKP) page, South Lampung, quoted by Antara, Thursday, August 5.

He said the marijuana was brought in using a box truck expedition vehicle, PT Indah Logistik with license plate number B 9817 FXU.

For this arrest, his party then developed the case and succeeded in arresting suspect F on August 2, 2021, at 02.00 a.m. local time in Depok.

"Suspect F received and planned to distribute the marijuana in the Depok area, West Java", said Firman.

Suspect F himself admitted that he works in a stool car every day.

For his actions, the suspect will be subject to Article 111 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 114 paragraph (2) of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.
