The Chairman Of Commission D Of The Cianjur Regional House of Representatives Goes Berserk During A Company Inspection

CIANJUR - Chairman of Cianjur Regional House of Representatives Commission D, West Java, Sahli Sahidi went berserk during an inspection of PT Cianjur Alam Utama.

He felt that the company did not seem to accept the presence of Regional House of Representatives members who had to wait for tens of minutes to question the unilateral dismissal of employees.

"Our presence was not welcomed at all, even the company did not have any courtesy towards guests, so we forced us to enter the company on Perintis Kemerdekaan Street. Previously, the company was absent at the call of the Cianjur Regent, Cianjur Regional Secretary, and Cianjur Regional House of Representatives", Sahli said, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, August 4.

He explained that the arrival of Regional House of Representatives members to the company began with reports of 11 employees who experienced unilateral layoffs without explanation so that they reported their fate to the people's building and related agencies in the Cianjur Government. Furthermore, the relevant agencies, regents, and people's representatives sent a summons to the management.

Until the specified time limit, the company did not heed the call, even though it came from the Cianjur Regent, Cianjur Regional Secretary, and Cianjur House of Representatives Commission D.

"They seem to have no manners. Even though we have reported to the security department, no one has come out, even though we waited for half an hour", he said.

"After I went berserk, only someone would accept us. Next, we will invite the management to come to the Cianjur Regional House of Representatives Building", continued Sahli.

Meanwhile, the Head of Warehouse of PT Cianjur Alam Utama, Yudi, argued that because the management was working from home (WFH), they had not been able to fulfill the calls of various parties. In fact, his party admitted that they did not know that guests from the Regional House of Representatives and related agencies had come to the company.

"We will immediately inform the management regarding the summons. We did not know that today there were guests from the Cianjur Regional House of Representatives and the office. The management is currently WFH, so no one is in the office", he said.
