Softer, Jerinx Requests Cases Of Alleged Threats To Be Settled Without Law

JAKARTA - The reported case of the alleged threat of violence, I Gede Aryastina alias Jerix, hopes that the problem with Adam Deni can be resolved through justice restoration. Because the case is related to the ITE Law.

"I really hope that the police report made by the AD can be completed properly and law enforcement will continue to put forward the spirit of RESTORATION JUSTICE (settlement outside the legal process) considering that I was reported on the ITE Law on charges of threats of violence and scaring others," said Jerinx on his Instagram account @_jrxsid_, quoted by VOI, Monday, July 26.

Moreover, the settlement of ITE cases through justice restoration is also one of the directions of the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.

In addition, the case involving him as the reported party was also caused by a misunderstanding. In fact, Jerinx called Adam an exaggeration by considering his statement as a threat.

"I think this is a personal matter, just a misunderstanding and the accusation of scaring the reporter, I feel like it's exaggerated because AD actually doesn't show any fear and even challenges me to meet him and wait for my arrival to Jakarta for his report," said Jerinx.
