TNI Commander Sidak Readiness Rumkitlap RSAU Dr Esnawan Accommodates COVID-19 Patients

JAKARTA - TNI Commander Marshal TNI Hadi Tjahjanto made a sudden inspection (sidak) of the readiness of the field hospital (rumkitlap) where COVID-19 patients are isolated at the Air Force Hospital (RSAU) dr. Esnawan Antariksa Halim Perdanakusuma, East Jakarta.

During the review, the TNI Commander had a dialogue with the Head of the Hospital, dr. Esnawan Antariksa, Colonel Kes dr. Mukti Arja Berlian.

"I hope that the Esnawan Antariksa Field Hospital will be one of the solutions that can be given to help fellow humans when facing the current COVID-19 explosion. Serve the community and the TNI's extended family with a sincere and sincere heart," said Marshal Hadi, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, July 7th.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Hospital, dr. Esnawan Antariksa, Colonel Kes dr. Mukti Arja Berlian said that currently as many as 20 beds in the field hospital have been filled.

The plan will be to add beds and tents for field hospitals from BNPB so that a total of 100 patients will be treated later.

"Not only that, Commander, we are preparing additional health workers and expert doctors prepared by the Indonesian Air Force Health Service," he said.

In the review, TNI Commander Marshal TNI Hadi Tjahjanto also checked the implementation of the COVID-19 Vaccination Raid at RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa which has been held since two weeks ago and has vaccinated 8,500 people.

"I express my gratitude and appreciation to RSAU Dr. Esnawan Antariksa for innovating to help the community and the TNI's extended family," said the TNI Commander.
