2 Men In South Nias Found Dead In The Middle Of The Forest, His Body Full Of Sharp Objects

MEDAN - Residents of Hilinamoniha Village, Toma District, South Nias Regency, North Sumatra, were shocked by the discovery of the bodies of two men in the middle of the forest.

The two men had the initials DH aka Ama Kendi Harita (58) and BL aka Ama Reli Loi (55), residents of Toma District, South Nias. The two victims were found dead with full body conditions slashed with sharp objects.

From the information obtained, the discovery of the victim's body was first discovered by a family member who was searching for the victim who had not returned since Sunday, July 4.

The victim's family, who did a search about 2 kilometers from her house, found that BL's victim was lying lifeless. After being traced again about 30 meters, the body of the dead victim who was identified with the initials DH was found.

The police who received the information immediately went to the location to carry out further investigations. The bodies of the two victims were taken to the Toma Health Center.

Head of the South Nias Police Public Relations Subdivision, Fery Halawa when confirmed by VOI suspected that the two victims died because they attacked each other using sharp weapons.

"It is strongly suspected that both of them died because of an attack on each other. But that cannot be confirmed, because it happened in the middle of the forest and there were no witnesses", said Fery, Monday, July 5.

Fery explained that at this time the police were still conducting an in-depth investigation regarding the deaths of these two men.

"The police brought both the families of the victims to take information about the cause of the murder. Furthermore, the police are still conducting an investigation to explore the case of the discovery of the body", he explained.
