JAKARTA - The defendant in the case of the results of the swab test at the UMMI Hospital, Rizieq Shihab, alluded to the meeting between Attorney General, ST Burhanuddin, and Indonesia House of Representatives Commission III, which discussed differences in legal handling for people who were against the government.

In fact, Rizieq also said that the Attorney General acknowledged the difference. Thus, an order was issued to deal with this problem.

"Responding to this, Attorney General ST Burhanuddin acknowledged that there were differences in the handling of legal cases and realized that this was a weakness, and the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia also admitted that he had not been able to monitor this disparity. Therefore, the Indonesian Attorney General assigned Jampidum Fadil Zumhana to handle this disparity", said Rizieq.

For that, Rizieq reminded the prosecutor to be fair. He asked that there should be no discrimination in handling any cases, including violations of health protocols.

"Just an advice for a just and civilized public prosecutor, please know that the principle of ignoring justice and the principle of justifying discrimination for any reason is an extraordinary injustice that destroys just and civilized principles and norms and values of Humanity", said Rizieq.
