In 2 Days, Lucky Hakim Will Be Questioned By The Regional Metro Police Regarding Roy Suryo's Report, Admits That He Has Prepared Evidence

JAKARTA - Actor Lucky Alamsyah will undergo an investigation into the alleged defamation case reported by Roy Suryo. The examination is scheduled to take place on Thursday, June 17.

"(Inspection) on Thursday, June 17. We have received a letter of clarification summons, the plan is to start around 10:00 a.m. local time", said Lucky during an online press conference, Tuesday, June 15.

However, Lucky did not describe in detail when he was asked about the evidence to be brought during the examination.

He only mentioned that all the evidence that could make the case clear would be submitted to the investigative team.

In fact, Lucky also said that he would always be ready to fulfill the inspection call. Thus, the case process can be completed quickly.

"I just take care of my health, divide my time, I'm ready to be summoned", he said.

For information, Lucky Alamsyah was reported on suspicion of defamation. The report by Roy Suryo was registered with LP/2669/V/YAN.2.5/2021/SPKT PMJ.

The feud between the two began with their claim that their car was grazed. Both admitted that they were victims of grazing.

After the incident, Lucky through his social media disclosed the incident. Roy who felt offended then reported the case to the Regional Metro Jaya Police with accusations of defamation.

So, in this case, Lucky as the reported person is charged with Article 27 Paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 45 Paragraph (3) Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2026 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2008 concerning Constitution of electronic information and transaction (ITE).
